House-to-house Printing formats

There are four (4) ways to print or generate house-to-house records to be used by the publisher. The reason why we print or generate house-to-house records and not simply display all addresses in a territory to the publishers, is because the Territories printing module allows to filter which addresses are displayed (hiding foreign languages for example).

Excel format

You would choose this format if you want to print S-8 size. Excel allows to print four (4) sheets per page. Also practical for Excel users, as it is relatively simple to modify the appearance or make personal adjustments.(Excel is required, any versions from 2007 to 2019)

There are 8 templates in S-8 format available. Each format containing slightly different information, each of them have options that be customised to your needs. For example: One of the templates contains a QR code to allow the publishers to also work on line

There are also 6 templates in Letter/A4 format available. Each format containing slightly different information, each of them have options that be customised to your needs

Standard Report

You would choose this format if you need to print in Letter/A4 format, but do not have Excel installed and do not need any special formatting (for example: display a foreign language in red)

HTML template

You would choose this format if you want to print in Letter/A4 format, include a map and a QR code. This format allows you to select which columns to display and in which order.

You can also define the size of the map and on your own columns and messages. It is called an html format because it is first displayed in a browser and allows you to adjust the zoom of the map for each territory before printing

Website only

This option allows to generate territories without having to print. When a territory is assigned, an email is sent to the publishers containing a link that gives them access to the house-to-house information. There is no login/password required. As the other printing options, you are the given the option to filter certain information, it also disables previous emails by generating a new security code, so that publishers do not continue working with older emails
