The database that is shared between congregation contains very limited information, and is used only to share addresses between congregation of different languages. The address is copied automatically when a congregation changes the language. It contains the address information, language, latitude and longitude. Only congregations of the target language and for which the geocode falls within their boundaries will see the address. If a name or phone number are included, these are encrypted.

Each congregation has their own online dabatase and none of their information is shared with other congregations. The login and password information is encrypted and split into different servers hosted in different countries. The congregation's information is only shared online if the user decides to activate the website by going to the desktop application; Website tab and Password menu and clicking the Activate button.
