Managing multiple databases

 You can have multiple databases for the same desktop application, for example if you would like to manage house-to-house separate from phone territories. You can set an unlimited number of databases.

To add a new database, go to the Locations module. Select an empty folder or create a new one, an empty database will be automatically created

Once your databases are defined you can configure where addresses automatically received from other congregations will be added, by going to the Exchange between congregations module

Trick: Even though the database path is indicated at the bottom left section of the Desktop application, change the color of the buttons (from the Options module) may give an additional visual aid to quickly determine the database you are currently connected to.
